Hi Kristy just wanted  to let you know that Tahlula is doing very well she is eating like a little piglet and she loves to play. She is a tough little cookie she jumps on Henri and pulls his hair, he is so sweet with her. She is a perfect fit for our family we just love her to bits!! Thank you so much!

Just wanted to give you an update on Bodie (the one who now runs the house).
He is doing great; I will say that I am spending quite a bit of time outside "just in case" he decides that he needs to go to the bathroom.  Did not use the puppy pee pads as he just played with those.  Will say, though, that he is doing really well -- no accidents in five days!  Everyone says that he is the cutest puppy that they have ever seen.  I had totally forgotten how much work a new puppy is, but he is adorable and is definitely a snuggler (which, of course, I love).  Has taken to the crate and to the pen (ordered from the site you recommended) whenever he does have to be left.

I did want you to know how absolutely amazing Kenly has been. He is so loyal to me, follows be everywhere, sits in my lap all day at the office and loves kisses. He is so good with the kids and no potty problems. Its almost as if he was meant for us. He is so special. We especially love his rolling all over the floor. He loves showing off after poop pooping outside.

Kristy, have enjoyed seeing your beautiful photos on FB and wanted to send you a recent picture of my BeBe, who turned 5 this year (her birthday is May 22, 2007). She weighs just over 5lbs, and her groomer says she is the most beautiful Maltese she has ever seen!

She is the light of our lives and a perfect little princess and has absolutely no idea that she is a dog. ;) Thank you for giving us such a precious member of our family!

Kristy,  I wanted to thank you so much for our little ABBY.  She is an absolute joy and has help me so much to deal with the loss of MILLIE and especially my BEABOP.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart!  James

I have been meaning to write for days.  We are having so much fun with Lucy!  She is the cutest little thing.  She has made us very popular, as our friends and family have been coming over a lot more often "to visit us".

We feel very blessed to have her as part of our family!  Thank you for your dedication to the breed.  She is a beautiful dog, and very true to the precious nature of the Maltese.

I hope you and your family are well.

Take care,
Lisa

Hey Kristy, thank you again for my little bundle of joy! i had named her Jada to begin with but after a week or so I decided that i liked the name Candace better and i think she does too! I call her candy for short. She was a little reserved and shy when i first brought her home but now shes wild an open. Her first vet appointment went great and they are informed on what to give her and not give her in future appointments. She is getting the hang of being potty trained but we're not quite there yet, haha. She loves to run and play with my dog Riley and she is also a big snuggler!

We are all doing great; Candace says "Hi." talk to you again soon!

Hi, Kristy - little Savannah just celebrated her first birthday by completing her UKC Championship in 3 straight shows at the Courtland, VA, cluster this past weekend. She beat the boys and took Best of Breed each day. Got a photo taken and will send it to you digitally when I get it. She is just beautiful and such a little Diva! Jackie

By the way... Becca is an angel.  She has mastered going to the back door to be let out to potty.  She responds well when told "no."  She has also learned which toys are hers and which ones are not.  And, best of all, she is a great companion to Jacqueline!!  We couldn't be more pleased with her.  Becca is a wonderful addition to our family!!

Kristy,

Attached is the photo of Jacqueline and Becca.  I will send others as I take them if you'd like.  We have enjoyed Becca so much!!  She is smart and learning quickly.  She is so affectionate too which is a huge bonus.  And, she is doing great in her crate both day and night!!

Lexi is the BIGGEST sweetie ever. She is perfect for my sister. She is teething though. I gave her dental chews and she loves those. We're really lucky for finding you. You have made this process so simple. She is a little rascal though we have been really busy staying on top of her.. I did get sick over the weekend so mike was on his own for a day. but he loves her. thank you so much for everything

Gracie(Bella) had a great trip to Winston Salem. She was loving it ,looking out the window until we got half way home,Siler City and then she finally went to sleep. She is eating well and made it in her kennel over night with out peeing. She really came alive yesterday-getting a piece of paper towel and flying thru the den with it-then getting john's tennis shoe--much bigger than she and dragging it across the floor. I washed and steam sanitized all previous toys and threw some away so she has a basket full and loves to go get all of them out. We have had tug of wars and most of the time she is asleep in one of our laps. She is going out to pee and poop---very good girl and she seems very happy and content. We were so excited the next morning after we got her--could not wait to go get her--it was like Christmas morning and we were going to open our present. I have an appointment with our vet for tomorrow morning and will let you know what she says. We weighed her when we got home( we forgot when we were at your home) she weighed 1 pound 8oz. The last thing my vet told me was not to get a 3 pound dog but I am going to tell her that this little dog deserved a good dog mama and I am a good mama. Thanks for everything --I have never seen a prettier kennel or a cleaner one. You do a good job.  We send our best--Nancy Lou

Hi Kristy,

Took Matthew up to 2 United Kennel Club shows in MD just outside DC this weekend and he was Champion of Champions in the breed competition for his 3rd and 4th wins - he only needs one more to be a Grand Champion!
He really showed beautifully - I was SO proud of him!

-Jackie

Hi, Kristy - Matthew earned his "Grand Champion" title today - his 3rd win in a row and his 5th required win over 3 other Champions to earn this prestigious title in the United Kennel Club - it's the highest title they have!

 Hi Kristy!

Chloe is a dream dog!! I am so glad we ended up with her! The moment we got her home she fit right in. The dog and cat love her. All 3 of them roam around the house together jumping on one another and playing chase. Then when she's tired she'll find me and lay on my lap or next to me and fall asleep. She is about 50/50 on the piddle pad but I think just because it's a big house and she gets lost. I give her a few days on that. She's really smart. She has learned that if she's going to run fast she better not turn on the hard woods or she'll flip so she'll run to a carpet and then turn. So cute.

I put her in her crate around 9pm and she went right to bed. Around 2am I heard some moaning. I thought a kid was hurt. lol. but it was Chloe. So I went into mom mode and checked on her and made sure nothing was wrong. I took her on her piddle pad and she peed. I woke up Sascha. I said, this dog rocks! She did whine a little while after that but I tired not to give in and make a bad habit of responding to the whining. She feel asleep and woke up with Sascha this morning. I came out after and and said Chloeeeeeeeee and she did that floppy run and gave me tons of kisses.

She really is the best dog for our house. Thank you soooooo much! I'll attach some random pics. Oh, I love the one you took. It's my wallpaper!

Have a great weekend!

Laura

Today was Chloe's first hair cut. I attached a picture. She is still the best dog ever. She took maybe a week to potty train. Now she goes outdoors without any problems. She loves the kids. I actually took her to Julian's preschool today and 20 kids played with her. She licked them all and was just adorable. She loves the cat CC. I couldn't ask for a better puppy. I'll give you a call for summer boarding while we are in Disney as soon as I figure out dates.

I am VERY excited!!! :)

I have ALWAYS wanted a Maltese but I wanted to make sure I was at a point in life where I could take good care of her and get her from a good breeder that is kind and good to the puppies :)
I've done my research and the way the dog is bred determines how anxious and skittish the puppy is when it grows up (from what I've read)
You were the 2nd person I had called that day. The first lady didn't sound pleasant at all.. I was quite concerned. She seemed rather snappy when I asked if her puppies had papers. "she doesn't have time to mess with the papers anymore"
So you were like a breath of fresh air compared to the other lady!
I just knew after reading your site and talking with you that you were a good breeder and the ideal choice! :)

Hi Kristy! Just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying my BeBe. She is
absolutely the sweetest thing, and my groomer says she is the most beautiful
Maltese she has ever seen! I am no longer working full-time, so we enjoy
lots of time together during the day, and she sleeps with me (on my pillow!)
at night. She has quite the life, but she deserves it.

The pictures of your new dogs on the website are so nice. I would love to
know if you ever decide to sell one that you aren't going to breed anymore.

Hope you and your family are doing well. Happy New Year!

Hi Kristy,

I was at my local PetSmart this evening picking up a sweater for Lola when
I ran into two of the world's cutest Maltese.  I went up to the couple to chat
with them about 16 week old Maltese.  I told them that I was getting a female
Maltese puppy next week and then we started talking about the Breeders.  They
mentioned that their puppies came from a Breeder in NC, near Raleigh and how
impressed they were with her set-up.  I was like my puppy is coming from near
Raleigh too.  After chatting with them some more, I found out those adorable
Maltese are ones that you bred!  Stewie and Stella say "Hi".  The couple went on
to tell me how thrilled they are with the pups, meanwhile the puppies where just
prancing around looking like they didn't have a care in the world!
Stewie is very small and the couple said that he was suppose to be around
4.5 pounds full grown, so I asked if I could use him as a model to figure out
the size of the sweater to get Lola and they recommended I get a small vs. an
extra small.  After interacting with Stewie and Stella, I feel even more
confident in my decision to purchase a puppy from you.
It's such a small world! I never dreamt I would have run into two Petite
Paws Maltese at my local PetSmart!

See you next week!

I LOOOOVE my puppy, Hershey. I just want to say thank you to Kristy for being such an awesome breeder. I took him to the vet for the first time yesterday and he received raved reviews. He is very health, took his puppy shots like a trouper and he is most handsome. I have had many people ask me where I purchased him and with pride I tell them Petite Paws, Kristy is the breeder. Thank you for providing this awesome guide to live by and the wealth of knowledge you shared with me. Thank you so much.
